How to calculate tablecloth size?

Linen tablecloths are a great addition to any table setting! Natural linen fabric is wear-resistant, which allows you to wash such tablecloths many times without losing their attractiveness! Linen tablecloths are suitable for both everyday use and special occasions. Whether it's a wedding, Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter, or birthday.

But nothing can ruin a table setting like a wrong-sized tablecloth! Therefore, today I want to tell you how to choose the right size for a rectangular, square, and round tablecloth.

Rectangular and square tablecloths

First, measure your table. You need to know the width and length of the table (if you need the tablecloth to fall to the floor, you will also need the height of the table). And perhaps this was the most difficult part smiley

For the tablecloth to hang nicely off the table, add 10" on each side. For example, your table is 50"×70". Add 10" on one side + 10" on the other to 50" wide, and calculate the length. It turns out that for a table of 50"×70", a tablecloth of 70"×90" will work.

If you want the tablecloth to hang down to the floor, you need to add height to each side of the table. For example, the table is 50"×70"×30". Add 30"× 30" to the 50" table width. Add 30"+30" to the 70" length. We get a tablecloth hanging down to the floor measuring 110"× 130".

Round tablecloths

For the round table, everything is almost the same. For example, an 80" tablecloth would work for a 60" table.

But if this did not help you or you are not sure that size was calculated correctly, you can always write to us, and we will help with the selection of the size.
